RBI Assistant 2022 Eligibility Criteria
RBI Assistant Eligibility requires the fulfilment of the following criteria to get the post in the RBI Assistant Recruitment process.

RBI Assistant Nationality
A citizen with an Indian Nationality
An Age Range of 20 to 28 years
A graduate degree from a reputed college or university recognized by the Govt of India, with at least 50% marks
Good knowledge of Computer

RBI Assistant Educational Qualification
The candidates who are willing to apply for RBI Assistant 2022 must have a bachelor’s degree with at least 50% marks in the aggregate final result. Knowledge of computers is a must with proficiency in languages for particular states.

RBI Assistant Age Limit
A candidate must fall in the age group of 20 to 28 years to be eligible to apply for RBI Assistant 2022 Exam. Check the age relaxation as per the government rules from the below table.

RBI Assistant 2022 Selection Process
The RBI Selection Process takes place in three stages the Prelims, Mains and the language proficiency test. There is a negative marking of 0.25 marks in Prelims and Mains RBI Assistant Exam. The Exam Pattern and Syllabus for all the three phases of RBI Assistant have been detailed below and a candidate to get selected for RBI Assistant posts needs to qualify in all the three phases prelims, mains and Language proficiency test.

RBI Assistant Exam Pattern Prelims
The first stage for RBI Assistant 2022 is the Preliminary Examination which consists of three sections- English, Numerical Ability, and Reasoning. There will be a negative marking of 0.25 marks. The duration of the RBI Assistant Prelims Exam is 1 hour (60 minutes)

RBI Assistant Mains Exam Pattern
The candidates qualifying in RBI Assistant Prelims Exam will have to appear in RBI Assistant Mains Exam. There were be 5 sections namely English, Quantitative, Reasoning, Computer Knowledge, and General Awareness. There will be a negative marking of 0.25 marks. In this phase, the time duration is 135 minutes

RBI Assistant Language Proficiency Test
The candidates provisionally shortlisted from the main online examination will have to undergo a language proficiency test (LPT). The language proficiency test will be conducted in the Official / Local Language of the State concerned as detailed below). Candidates not proficient in the Official / Local Language shall be disqualified from the selection process.

RBI Assistant Syllabus 2022
The RBI Assistant Exam Pattern includes prelims and a mains stage, which will be followed by a Language Proficiency Test. RBI Assistant Syllabus for each Stage has been provided. Quantitative Aptitude or Quant Syllabus covers the topics from Mathematical knowledge up to 10th standard level or Secondary school level.
General Awareness or GA Syllabus includes current and previous concepts of general knowledge about India and the world covering history, polity, and geography.
The English Language includes the concepts of grammar and usage of language.
Reasoning Ability includes the candidate’s test to determine their rational thinking ability.

RBI Assistant Language Proficiency Test – Important Points

LPT is mandatory. No exemption of any sort will be given to any candidate from appearing in LPT, which will be conducted at the respective offices of the Bank.
Final Selection will depend, on the performance in the online test, qualifying in LPT, Medical fitness, verification of certificates, Biometric Data, etc. to the Bank’s satisfaction. The decision of the Bank in this regard shall be final.
Biometric verification and LPT are qualifying in nature and the final selection will only be based on performance in the main online examination.

RBI Assistant 2022 Salary
The in-hand salary received by an RBI Assistant would be Rs 36,091/- per monthincluding HRA. Apart from the salary, the employee will be entitled to DA, reimbursement of expenses, Dispensary facility, Loans, and Advances at concessional interest rates with gratuity benefit. The Basic Pay is Rs 14,650/- per month. The gross salary is Rs 36,091/- per month.

The candidates have to pay the requisite application fee while submitting their RBI Assistant Application Form.

OBC/General/EWS candidates (Examination fees+ Intimation Charges): Rs 450/-
